TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE PLATFORM
The owner of the Service Platform Levitations.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Service Platform) is OÜ Levitatsioonid (registry code 14519556), located at Jõgeva county, Jõgeva Municipality, Kaarepere Village, Kasesalu, 49201. Contact info here.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Service, and Pricing Information
The terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services from the Service Platform. The prices of the services sold in the Service Platform are indicated next to the service descriptions. All prices for the services sold in the service store are in euros. The fee fixed in the service description is also displayed to the buyer when placing an order. Information about the service is provided directly in the service description on the service platform, on the webpage under "Services."
Placing an Order
To order a service, click on the "Book now" button on the selected service. To place an order, fill in the required data fields. The amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
• Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele
• Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank page.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Service Platform in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement takes effect from the receipt of the amount due on the Service Platform's bank account.
The owner of the Service Platform is the controller of personal data and forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a consultation time and wish to cancel or change the booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel the booking less than 24 hours before the agreed time or do not show up, you are obliged to pay 50% of the booked service fee.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the agreement was concluded, i.e., the service was ordered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us [OÜ Levitatsioonid, heleri@levitations.ee, +37255597131] of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this agreement, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
*To service contracts where the service has been fully performed, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and with the acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Service Platform uses the personal data entered by the buyer/client only for processing the order. The Service Platform uses personal data to inform the client about schedule changes. The Service Platform sends newsletters and offers to the buyer/client’s email address only if the buyer/client has expressed their wish to receive such direct marketing messages by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their wish to receive newsletters and offers. The buyer/client can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offer.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Service Platform, they should be sent to the email address heleri@levitations.ee or call the phone number: +37255597131.
If the buyer/client and the Service Platform are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer/client may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can review the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from an agreement between the buyer and the Service Platform. Reviewing the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.
