My Method

My experience and skills are unique because I've practised for years and combined fields that at first glance are unexpected. Essentially, I'm continuing what I've intuitively tested in large collectives and seen good results with. Having complemented my theoretical knowledge of communication with studies in psychology and meditation, I simply know better what to refer to and how to explain things to different personalities. 

Our external image as brand ambassadors isn't credible if our internal communication doesn't function. Fortunately, it is more and more acknowledged that internal communication is a field offering superb opportunities and results. On an individual level, the importance of self-talk, especially its role in success, resilience, and creativity, has also begun to be understood and appreciated. After all, self-talk is also a form of internal communication. 

Everyone who has worked with relationships and messages knows that the most challenging part is to change one's own attitudes, perspectives, and thought patterns first. It's also the most complex one. 
My method lies in shaping attitudes, according to the company's and organisation's field, considering its characteristic personality. I believe in equal partnership, cooperation, and that everyone in the team has responsibility. 

I cannot support teams that foster a culture of rumours and where politics trumps good ideas.
However, I can help with a systematised approach where there's a desire to change this or to elevate the company's image and internal communication to a next level. Eastern wisdom says everything is interconnected, and all the good we help grow comes back to us in spades. Just as negative attitudes are contagious, so are positive ones.

Therefore, it's more economically sensible to support what creates productivity and fosters creativity and innovation! For me too!
